About Us

Feeling Lost? You're Not Alone.

Let's Navigate the Way Forward Together

Life can get messy. Some seasons are just plain hard. But even in the middle of chaos, support is possible and things can start to feel better.

Bethany is a certified life coach with lived and professional experience supporting people through times of change, challenge, and transformation.

Meet Bethany

Bethany Adair brings more than certifications to her coaching, she brings lived experience which gives her unique insight into the real-life challenges her clients face. As a mother of four, a former doula, and someone who has faced profound loss, chronic illness, divorce, and the challenge of starting over, Bethany understands what it means to rebuild. She has personally walked through miscarriage, the death of both parents and a sibling, and understands the slow process of healing through each chapter. Bethany blends practical, evidence-based strategies with a deep understanding of the emotional landscape that comes with life's hardest seasons.

Mission Statement

To offer calm in the middle of the storm,

help you feel anchored again, and

support you in building a life you are

excited to live.

Anchor in Presence

People don’t need perfect. They need presence. Show up and stay steady.

Adjust the Sails

Progress over perfection. Even small shifts in direction can carry you forward.

Chart Your Own Course

You are the captain of your own ship. Navigate by your values, not someone else’s map.

Steady Through The Storm

Life isn’t always calm seas. We all drift off, but we can always find our way back.

Find A Lighthouse

You don’t have to find the way alone. Find a  light when things feel dark or uncertain.

Because life doesn’t come with a map.

And even the strongest people can lose their way

Bethany Adair is a Certified Life Coach through the International Association of Professions Career College and holds a certification in Brain Story Science from the Alberta Family Wellness Initiative. These programs equipped her with a deep understanding of:

  • How early experiences shape our brain, behavior, and resilience
  • Evidence-based tools to address stress, trauma, addiction, and adverse childhood experiences
  • Coaching techniques to support time management and goal-setting to major life transitions and emotional healing

While she no longer holds active certification, Bethany previously trained and practiced as a certified birth and postpartum doula. This experience and her own journey through life’s most challenging storms are the foundation of her family-centered approach. With lived experience of pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and major transitions, Bethany offers coaching grounded in empathy, resilience, and real-world understanding.
